(More customer reviews)Sadly, both the original and the subsequent replacement that Amazon provided me where both physically defective in manufacture, such that the battery would not fit into the UPS.
One of the terminals on top of the battery was bonded slightly in the wrong position.This is a modular, snap in battery, and the misaligned terminal prevented the battery from seating into the matching terminal receptacle on the UPS.
Amazon's handling of this was superb.When I requested a replacement via the Web, it was sent to me immediately.When I asked for a refund after the replacement proved to have the same defect, my money was refunded promptly too.
