(More customer reviews)Not sure why Amazon won't accept battery returns based on their return policy of saftey concerns in shipping 'hazardous materials' (afterall was it unsafe when they shipped it to me...so why can't I ship it back to them).You should knowAmazon will not accept returns or exchanges on this item.My APC Back-UPS 900 was actually a 900r (you have to read the small type serial number on the bottom rather than looking at the large label on the front of the item.Since mine in the 'r' version it takes the RBC5 battery NOT the RBC32.You wouldn't have known that based on the title of this listingso just be careful.
