(More customer reviews)Software has all sorts of issues with my Mac Snow Leopard, so I just didn't use it and instead just used the UPS settings under system preferences.That works fine, except in my building the power often drops to 100 volts for a second or two.The UPS kicks in to up the voltage like it should for these few seconds and then goes back to non-battery.This is great, butit puts a warning message on my screen saying the system is now on battery backup and I should turn off computer....even tho its only been on backup for 1 or 2 seconds.
The end result of all this is that in the morning I'm left with a screen full of warning messages that i have to individually close.Just annoying.
