(More customer reviews)I've been using this UPS for a few months now. It's been rock-solid, and it has great linux compatibility. I had an air conditioner on the same circuit for awhile, which is generally a bad idea with computer equipment. However, this UPS caught every single voltage fluctuation and protected my equipment every time the AC compressor kicked in. For linux integration, I use the 'apcupsd' package, which gives me temperature, load and voltage monitoring, as well as network broadcasts to other linux boxes to do network shutdowns.
