Time will be the test because the original power supply that came with the laptop quit functioning after about 5 months and the OEM replacement I bought did the same thing at 7 months. So I have had the laptop 1 year without complaint of it but the power supplies are dying! Hoping not to have to try to take advantage of the 5 year warranty on this one but it was the determining factor in purchasing this particular product.
